Enjoying Live Music Safely
On this page, we will inform you of the measures that we are taking so that you can safely enjoy our concerts. The information is constantly updated to the current circumstances.
Concerts are now permitted to be held with full occupancy of seats. If reduced capacity is stipulated again, precedence will be given to visitors who booked their tickets earlier.
If there are changes to the concert planning relating to COVID, we will inform ticket holders as soon as possible. You do not have to do anything. Concert changes are published on our website under the respective performance (concert calendar).
- No Access Restrictions
There are currently no access restrictions for attending concerts (i.e. attendance without proof of vaccination, recovery from COVID-19 or testing).
- Mask Wearing
There is currently no obligation to wear a mask in Konzerthaus Dortmund. Feel free to keep wearing a surgical mask when entering the Konzerthaus.
- Certified Ventilation
Our high-performance ventilation system ensures that fresh air flows from under every seat in the hall and is then sucked out from under the roof. The air being completely replaced with external air every 20 minutes. The ventilation system has been tested and certified by the German Theatre Technical Society.
- Hygiene Precautions
Additional hygiene precautions include plexiglass walls in the service area and hand disinfection stations.
Food & Drink
- We offer catering before concerts and during concert intervals.
- We ask you to consume drinks at the tables. You can place your drinks pre-orders for during the interval immediately before the concert in the respective foyer. Restaurant Stravinski also opens two hours before the start of the performance and after the concerts. Please reserve a table in advance by emailing email@example.com.
