For the spontaneous: you can get tickets for the respective performance 1½ hours before the start of the concert in the foyer.
Tickets and Public Transport Tickets
For many events, using all VRR public transport to travel to and from the event is free with your concert ticket so that you can arrive and leave the Konzerthaus in an environmentally friendly way. This applies to both those with individual tickets and season ticket holders. You can find more information on using DSW21 Kombitickets here.
Concessions
Unless indicated otherwise, there are concessions for all events promoted by Konzerthaus Dortmund (identified in the calendar with the rhino symbol). You can obtain these after presenting relevant identification. Please have this ready to show when buying tickets and on admission to the hall. Only one concession can be claimed at a time.
- Season Ticket Holders
You can save up to 30% on individual tickets with a season ticket.
Visitors under 27 also receive a 50% reduction in the season ticket price for selected season tickets. - Customers under 27
Up to 7 days before the event: 50% reduction in the ticket price (U27-Ticket of DSW21)
From 7 days before the event: €12.50 per individual ticket (U27-Ticket of DSW21) - Groups of Ten or More

- Carer Tickets for Disabled People
Carers of disabled people receive a discount of 100% on the ticket price (noted in the identification if necessary). Different rules may apply in exceptional cases. We ask for your understanding that the booking is only possible by phone or on site.
- Dortmund Pass Holders
Dortmund Pass holders or holders of a similar pass from other local authority districts receive a discount of 50% on the ticket price.
- Restricted View Tickets
We offer restricted view seats for selected performances. Tickets for our restricted view seats cost €8.00 and are only available from the evening box office, depending on availability, 90 minutes before the performance.
Ticket Vouchers
Ticket vouchers are available online all year round in our merchandise shop as well as at the Konzerthaus Dortmund box office, and can even be printed at home for those looking for something last minute. Vouchers can be redeemed for all individual performances, season tickets and custom packages in Konzerthaus Dortmund.
